Job Title: Electronics Engineer – Production Line Manager

Department: Production/Manufacturing

Location: IMT Rohtak

Reports To: Plant Head

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronics Engineer to oversee and manage the entire electronics production line, ensuring smooth operations, process optimization, and effective manpower management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electronics manufacturing and proven leadership skills to supervise and coordinate production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Management:

Lead and supervise day-to-day operations of the electronics production line.

Ensure that production targets (volume, quality, and timeline) are consistently met.

Monitor and control production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Coordinate with planning and procurement departments to ensure material availability.

Manpower Management:

Manage, mentor, and schedule production staff, including technicians, operators, and line supervisors.

Assign daily tasks, track performance, and implement training programs.

Promote a safe and disciplined work environment with clear roles and responsibilities.

Process Improvement:

Analyze production processes and suggest improvements to increase output and reduce cost.

Collaborate with the R&D, QA/QC, and maintenance teams to resolve technical and quality issues.

Lead lean manufacturing and 5S practices on the production floor.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards.

Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain detailed production records, manpower logs, and shift reports.

Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production performance reports.

Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Education:

ITI/ Diploma .

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of electronics assembly, PCBA handling , PCB handling, and testing equipment.

Candidates should have Knowledge of IC, Transistor, Mosfet, Diode, Capacitor and Register Components

Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving.

Knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma (preferred).

Work Conditions:

Full-time on-site role; may require shift work depending on production schedule.

Fast-paced environment with frequent coordination across departments.
