Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, GST, TDS, and reconciliations, and be capable of independently handling core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling day-to-day accounting operations independently

2. Preparing and verifying invoices, bills, and payment schedules

3. Managing accounts payable and receivable

4. Preparing monthly financial reports and ledgers

5. Filing GST, TDS, and assisting in audits

6. Communicating with vendors/customers on payment-related matters

Skill Level:

1. Strong accounting knowledge and compliance understanding

2. Proficiency in accounting software(Tally Prime) ,Excel and generating e-way bills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

2. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance

3. Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles

4. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

5. Good communication and organizational skills

6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
