Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Job Description & Responsibilities
• Concept Design of Special Purpose Machine.
• Modelling & Assembly Design of SPM machine and Jigs and fixture (Like Metal Cutting Machine, Automation, Hydraulic Fixtures, Gauging Machine etc.) using Solid Works .
• BOP finalization like Pneumatics, Hydraulics manufacturing etc.
• Making BOM, selection of material and selection of manufacturing process for component
• Co-Ordination with Control team for PLC programming.
• Machine trial with customer at our shop floor.
• 3D modelling ppt presentation and take approval from customer.
• Releasing of 2D drawing for manufacturing and follow up for any up gradation.
• Machine operating manual preparation
