1. Resident Care & Supervision:
Ensure safety, security, and well-being of all residents
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and daily routines within the home.
Address emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues of residents sensitively.
2. Daily Administration:
Maintain registers, attendance, and personal files of residents.
Ensure proper food, clothing, and medical care is provided.
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other staff.
3. Counseling & Social Support:
Provide basic counseling and emotional support to residents.
Liaise with counselors, psychologists, and medical professionals when needed.
Facilitate life-skill activities and awareness sessions.
4. Coordination & Liaison:
Coordinate with NGOs, government departments, police, and legal aid when necessary.
Organize parent/guardian meetings (if applicable).
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on resident progress, home status, and incidents.
Maintain case histories and confidential documentation.
6. Emergency Management:
Handle crises or conflicts responsibly.
Be available for any emergencies in the home.
7. Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stress and crisis situations
Basic administrative and computer knowledge
