Job Summary:

The Packing Staff is responsible for packing goods in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring products are prepared for storage or shipment according to company standards. This role ensures that all items are correctly labeled, packaged, and handled to prevent damage and maintain quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to packing instructions and order requirements.

• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.

• Use appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety.

• Label packages correctly with shipping labels, barcodes, or other identifiers.

• Ensure correct quantities and items are packed per order.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

• Follow safety and quality control procedures.

• Report damaged or defective items to supervisors.

• Assist with inventory counting when required.

• Support loading and unloading of goods as needed.
