BMS Associate is seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals for the position of Loader & Unloader to support our logistics and transport operations. The role involves handling goods, ensuring safe loading/unloading of materials, and maintaining order in warehouse or truck environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from transport vehicles safely and efficiently.

• Ensure proper stacking, handling, and protection of materials to avoid damage.

• Assist drivers and warehouse staff during loading/unloading operations.

• Check incoming and outgoing items for quantity and physical condition.

• Use basic equipment like trolleys or manual lifting as required.

• Follow safety protocols and use protective gear during all operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading/unloading area.

• Support daily logistics and warehouse activities as needed.

Job Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials.

• Prior experience in loading/unloading (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

• Basic understanding of safety measures.

• Willingness to work in outdoor/warehouse settings.
