Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the productivity of Ground Coordinators (GCs) and timely load clearance in the processing area.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee manpower deployment based on load, shift processing count, and productivity of GCs across Forward, Reverse, and DSC processes.

Conduct morning briefings with GCs to review the previous day’s performance, appreciate top performers, and address previous mistakes.

Monitor and update GC productivity on an hourly basis, providing continuous feedback and training to improve efficiency.

Ensure clearance of exceptional shipments at least one hour before shift completion.

Organize monthly training sessions for GCs focused on process adherence (receiving, pre-primary, primary, and secondary sorting), safety, and cleanliness.

Maintain and publish daily reports including briefing notes, manifest and sorting counts, DC pendency, shipment clearance, and handover counts.
