Factory Helper

We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at Deepam Engineering Enterprises. Your responsibility will be assisting the machine operator and follow all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operator and care for equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Prepare production area by cleaning obstacles and hazards.

• Load/unload raw / finished materials.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist workers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
