Job Description:
We are hiring a Phlebotomist Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be DMLT qualified, organized, and capable of managing phlebotomy operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily phlebotomy operations

• Ensure proper collection, labeling, and transportation of samples

• Supervise and support a team of phlebotomists

• Maintain hygiene standards and adherence to safety protocols

• Liaise with laboratory teams for timely processing of samples

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to sample collections

Requirements:

• Qualification: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – mandatory

• Prior experience in phlebotomy or lab coordination preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage team schedules and resolve field issues efficiently
