The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medications, and maintaining compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly to patients.

• Review and interpret physician orders and prescriptions for accuracy.

• Maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and handle medication storage.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and pharmaceutical regulations.

• Assist in patient counseling regarding medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects.

• Collaborate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.

• Maintain records of all pharmacy transactions and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm or B.Pharm) from a recognized institute.

• Valid registration with Gujarat Pharmacy Council.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and drug inventory management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
