We are urgently looking for a Senior Lab Technician for our Peanut Factory in Dholka. The candidate should be capable of independently handling testing of raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer quality standards.

🔬 Key Responsibilities:

• Test Peroxide Value (PV), Aflatoxins, Moisture, and Physical Parameters (foreign matter, damaged kernels, grading, etc.).

• Conduct Heavy Metal testing in-house or coordinate with accredited labs.

• Maintain lab records, sample tracking, and reporting.

• Operate and calibrate lab equipment (ELISA kits, spectrophotometers, moisture analyzers).

• Assist in SOPs, QC protocols, and audit documentation.

• Coordinate closely with Production and QA teams for batch clearance.

🎓 Qualifications:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Tech, or Microbiology.

• 2–4 years of experience in a food/nuts/edible oil lab setup.

• Strong knowledge of PV, Aflatoxin, and moisture testing.

• Familiarity with FSSAI, BRC, ISO 22000 standards preferred.

• Detail-oriented with good documentation and analytical skills.
