Lab Chemist

Role & responsibilities

·         Coordinate with HOD in planning and executing laboratory tests according to test procedures.

·         Conduct chemical experiments under the guidance of HOD.

·         Document test procedures and results and report the same to Head Chemist for analysis.

·         Assist in developing standard operating procedures for chemical tests.

·         Supervise co-workers in their job duties when needed.

·         Maintain the laboratory clean, safe and organized.

·         Support in developing project plan, scope, schedule, and budget for chemical projects.

·         Setup laboratory equipment, materials and supplies ready before conducting chemical experiments.

·         Coordinate, plan, and perform daily laboratory functions.

·         Analyse root causes for problems and suggest corrective actions.

·         Assist Quality Manager in establishing ISO procedures and good lab practices.

·         Develop or revise the test analytical methods to ensure quality, productivity and consistency.

·         To ensure the equipment maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Fresher BSc Chemistry or MSc Chemistry with relevant experience

Male Candidate is required
