Technical Support engineer Trainee/Fresher

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Trainee/Fresher to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you'll provide Software Technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve software technical issues via phone, email, or chat.

2. Troubleshoot software technical problems.

3. Provide solutions and workarounds to customers.

4. Document customer interactions and technical issues.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Workflow Management:

• Ticket management: Assigning, prioritizing, and tracking technical support tickets or requests.

• Process automation: Automating repetitive tasks, escalations, and notifications to improve efficiency.

• Issue resolution: Ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, and documenting solutions.

• Collaboration: Coordinating with internal teams, such as development, QA, or other support teams, to resolve complex issues.

• Performance monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Goals:

• Improve response times and resolution rates

• Enhance customer satisfaction

• Increase team productivity and efficiency

• Reduce errors and escalations

• Provide valuable insights for continuous improvement

Salary Details:
