Conduct hands-on experiments involving molecular cloning, PCR, RNA/DNA extraction and qPCR.
Conduct laboratory experiments involving microbiological techniques, including isolation, identification, and characterisation of microbial species.
Perform culture-based and molecular methods for microbial analysis.

Qualifications:
Three years' graduate in a relevant subject/field + three years’ experience or
Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Microbial Genetics, Bioinformatics or a related field

Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism/SPSS/Microsoft Excel).
Proven experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA sequencing, Nanopore sequencing, NGS data analysis, and bioinformatics.
