Service engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team SOCHI to resolve Installation , Commissioning and support services of Telecom /IT hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT/Telecom infrastructure. This role offers excellent exposure to latest technology advancements and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain telecom/IT systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Electrical/ IT/Computer with good understanding of electrical and telecom networks. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, switches, routers, modem, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is a plus.
