Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Windows Active Directory, DNS Server, DHCP Server, O365/Azure, and specific software like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office 365, SQL, and more. Familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems and virtualization using Hyper-V is also needed.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, as well as manage help desk ticketing systems.
Network and Security: Understanding of Fortinet Firewall, SSL VPN configurations, and basic knowledge of Firewall management and maintenance.
Endpoint and Mobile Management: Access to and management of Trend Micro XDR or CrowdStrike consoles, with responsibilities in monitoring threats and providing mobile support for iPhone and Android devices.
Communication and Documentation: Effective communication with end-users and IT staff, maintaining knowledge base articles, developing solutions for recurring issues, and managing user access.
Additional Responsibilities: Includes asset management, software installations, printer setups, email gateway management, and backup and recovery procedures.
