Network Engineer

• Configuring and managing routers and switches (Cisco/Juniper/HP depending on your experience).

• Implementing STP (Spanning Tree Protocol) and its types like RSTP, MSTP, to avoid network loops.

• Managing VLANs, trunk ports, and inter-VLAN routing to segment and control traffic.

• Setting up and troubleshooting OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing depending on network design.

• Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and applying appropriate solutions.

• Handling day-to-day network operations, managing up to [X] switches, and ensuring 99%+ network uptime.

• Working on Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting, addressing issues with MAC address tables, ARP, routing tables, etc.
