Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
Manage and support firewall policies, VLANs, access points, and load balancers.
Perform network upgrades and ensure hardware/software compatibility.
Troubleshoot network issues and outages promptly.
Conduct regular network performance tuning and capacity planning.
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and change management records.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and protection against cyber threats.
Provide Level 2/3 support and work with vendors for issue resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
[2/3/5+] years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network devices.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
Understanding of network security and firewall configurations.
CCNA / CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Associate / Professional)
CompTIA Network+ / Security+
Juniper or Fortinet Certifications (if applicable)
