Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Laptop Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining laptops and related hardware. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of laptop components, basic networking, and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops (motherboard, keyboard, screen, RAM, etc.)

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and OS issues (Windows, basic Linux)

• Replace faulty components and perform routine servicing and maintenance

• Coordinate with the team to manage service requests and ticket closures

• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and service reports

• Provide support for basic networking and peripheral issues

• Ensure timely delivery of repaired systems to users/customers
