1 Install, maintain & troubleshoot network Issue. 2 Monitor various parameters like Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), Flap-list & tracethe RF spectrum for ingress source 3 Monitor network health, schedule proactive network maintenance. 4 Attend to modem / fibre customer complaints 5 Resolve Network, optical nodes & RF amplifiers issues. 6 To submit details of material installed in network 7 Co-ordinate with Call cord for closure network activities. 8 Route last mile cable from distribution point to modem location, testingof RF parameters inside the customer’s residence
