Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, LAN infrastructure, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Systems

• Install and configure analog and IP-based CCTV systems.

• Conduct cable pulling, crimping, and system integration.

• Perform periodic maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Monitor and assess system performance.

2. Fire Alarm Systems

• Install, test, and commission addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.

• Carry out routine inspections.

• Liaise with fire safety officers and vendors when needed.

3. LAN Networking

• Lay and terminate network cables.

• Install of routers, switches, and access points.

• Maintain structured cabling systems.

4. Access Control Systems

• Install biometric, RFID, and card-based access control systems.

• Configure control panels, magnetic locks, door strikes, and other components.

• Provide training to end-users if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical or related field.

• 1+ year of relevant experience in ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.

• Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, CP Plus, Dlink, Cisco, etc.

• Ability to read technical drawings and system schematics.

• Proficient in using tools like testers, crimping tools, multimeters, and power tools.
