*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for climbing towers to perform installation, optimization, and maintenance tasks. This role requires physical stamina, technical expertise, and attention to safety protocols.

*Key Responsibilities:

- Climb towers to install, optimize, and maintain equipmen

- Adjust tower angles and configurations as neede

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tower equipmen

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulation

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goal

*Requirements:

- *Qualification:* 12th pass or ITI diploma in a relevant trade (e.g., electrical, electronics, or telecommunications

- *Salary:* ₹14,000 + TA (Travel Allowance) as per locatio
