Job Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure, managing IT teams, ensuring cybersecurity, and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives. Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the IT team, including hiring and performance management. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support. Manage IT budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers. 3. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct risk assessments and security audits. 4. IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Align IT strategy with business goals to drive innovation and efficiency. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions for improvement. Oversee cloud computing, virtualization, and automation initiatives. 5. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
