We are looking for a hands-on and technically sound Service / Installation Engineer to join our growing technical team. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Audio-Visual products such as interactive panels, cameras, speakers, microphones, and video conferencing systems at client sites.
Installation and configuration of AV equipment: Interactive Flat Panels, VC Systems, Speakers, Microphones, Displays, etc.
Site survey and cabling layout planning prior to installation.
Troubleshooting and after-sales technical support (remotely or on-site).
Coordinate with the sales and project teams for seamless implementation.
Ensure timely installation as per project timelines and customer expectations.
Provide training and handover support to end-users after setup.
Maintain documentation of service calls, installations, and customer feedback.
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in AV system installation/service (freshers with good aptitude may also apply).
Understanding of audio-video cables, display interfaces, connectors, power supply, and basic networking.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
Knowledge of tools like multimeter, cable testers, etc.
