• Installation and Configuration of Windows-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 11 ).
• network settings for TCP/IP and internet Setup.
• Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications problems.
• Configuring & Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems. .
• Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar rol
• Basic Networking, Windows desktop troubleshooting, Hardware Support
• Should have good knowledge of Windows Application Level. Troubleshooting for Server/Desktop
• Basic networking knowledge with switches/Routers and OSI Models.
• Basic Working knowledge in AD, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP Networking File/Print Server.
• Should have basic knowledge of different Antivirus Applications
.IT inventory report preparation.
• Ability to work after hours and travel when necessary.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or Diploma in Hardware Networking .
· Proven 2+ Years work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
· Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
· Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
