IT Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient IT Support Engineer who will lead the training,

support, and implementaƟon of our new web-based portal built using React/JSP with PostgreSQL

backend. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding, configuraƟon, and live deployment

of the soŌware across our Pan India branch network.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communicaƟon and training skills, have a good understanding

of web technologies, and be detail-oriented to handle soŌware master entries and tesƟng

coordinaƟon.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:

Training & User Support:

 Conduct end-to-end soŌware training sessions for branch users and internal teams.

 Prepare training materials, user guides, FAQs, and walkthrough videos.

 Offer hand-holding support during live usage/tesƟng phase, ensuring confidence and clarity

among users.

 Collect user feedback and relay insights to the development team.

ImplementaƟon & CoordinaƟon:

 Coordinate live soŌware rollouts across branches.

 Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between users and the development team during

the transiƟon and post-go-live phase.

 Support in planning and execuƟng UAT (User Acceptance TesƟng) and reporƟng outcomes.

Master Entry Management:

 Perform and manage all master data entries for new branches, users, departments, and

configuraƟons as per defined formats.

 Ensure data integrity, validaƟon, and proper documentaƟon.

 Update and maintain the central repository for all master entry changes.

Technical Support & TroubleshooƟng:

 Offer level 1 & 2 technical support to users related to soŌware funcƟonality.

 Collaborate with development team for bug fixes and enhancements.

 Escalate unresolved technical issues appropriately and follow up to closure.

Required Skills and QualificaƟons:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / InformaƟon Technology or related field.

 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / SoŌware ImplementaƟon / User Training roles.

 Familiarity with React, JSP, and PostgreSQL (basic understanding; no coding required).

 Strong understanding of web-based plaƞorms and enterprise soŌware workflows.

 Excellent communicaƟon skills in English and Hindi (verbal and wriƩen).

 Hands-on experience with ƟckeƟng tools, MS Excel, and documentaƟon.

 Ability to travel across India for implementaƟon & training assignments.

Preferred Skills:

 Exposure to PostgreSQL databases for basic data entry or validaƟon.

 Prior experience in ERP/CRM/enterprise web portal rollouts.

 MulƟlingual proficiency is a plus (regional languages).
