•Title: IT (Website) Project Manager
•Department: IT
•Location: South Delhi
•Salary range: 5L PA
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Project Manager. The IT Manager or project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT department, managing technology infrastructure, implementing IT policies and procedures, managing IT projects such as website, social media channels, and ensuring the security of data and networks on-site. Familiarity with MySQL, HTML, CSS, Java-script, Laravel, PHP, mobile application or IT technologies.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Experience in IT management, technology infrastructure, and project coordination
Knowledge of IT policies and procedures, data security, and network management
Skills in software development, web design/development, and IT outsourcing
Ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field and minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Experience in managing and supporting web/mobile applications.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of latest web standards (AI, accessibility, CX, design, and legal)
Experience working with developers to create new web features and templates (for WordPress or other CMS systems)
Good data management skills
Project and time management skills
Experience in ecommerce
Key Accountabilities
1.Manage backlog of small changes and bug fixes
2.Prioritize and gather sufficient information for backlog tickets to be ready for development.
3.Carry out accurate and comprehensive testing on small changes and bug fixes.
4.Update user guides and regression tests.
5.Own and complete tasks within a project effectively and efficiently following best-practice approaches.
6.Handle technical queries from campaigns and operations teams
7.Respond to queries in a timely manner.
8.Ensure routine maintenance and testing of marketing-owned websites
9.Carry out web maintenance and support tasks regularly and on time.
10.Maintain a record of all tasks and make it available.
11.Develop and share best-practice guidelines and support materials
12.Create and communicate support materials effectively.
13.Seek opportunities to improve workflows, such as developing new automation agents.
14.Manage Mobile & web Development, Backend & frontend Development team
15.Report and escalate to management as needed
16.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team
17.Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the standard.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
