IT Hardware Engineer

1. Must have in-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering and its application in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance.

2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, SMPS, Battery Banks & Air Conditioning System

3. Assist and guide subordinates in their routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and adherence to operational procedures.

4. Ensure team members follow safety protocols and work efficiently within set guidelines.

5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and adhering to the work permit system for high-risk activities.

6. Possess a basic understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements like PCB Norms, CEIG, PESO, Fire NOC & HWA

7. Oversee vendor management related to project execution, including the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

8. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.

10. Possess interpersonal and influencing skills to effectively manage stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure cooperation across teams.

11. Possessing the knowledge in MS office.
