Desktop Support Engineer

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and scanners.

• Providing Level 1 & Level 2 support for Windows OS, MS Office, email setup (Outlook), and standard applications.

• Handling user account creation, password resets, and access permissions through Active Directory.

• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP conflict, etc.).

• Supporting remote users using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.

• Installing and updating antivirus software, managing patches, and ensuring system security.

• Coordinating with other IT teams for escalation and resolution of major issues.

• Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference.
