Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related software/hardware.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with surveillance systems.

• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.

• Perform firmware updates and network configurations.

• Maintain documentation of system installations and service logs.

• Coordinate with clients for system requirements and provide training.

• Ensure systems comply with security and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with IT and network teams for seamless integration.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electronics, IT, or related field.

• Experience in CCTV setup, maintenance, and basic networking.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage field work and client support independently.
