• Ensure systems are functioning properly and conduct regular checks.

• Stay inside the server room unless supporting Registration Managers/Invigilators.

• Monitor CCTV cameras at critical locations including emergency exits.

• Perform system tests before exams and share test results with relevant teams.

• Configure the drive on the Primary server using correct credentials.

• Download the Drive 3 hours prior to exam time and input the password at the scheduled time.

• Set up both Primary and Backup servers; download all required exam data.

• Complete staff verification and monitor the exam network to detect and resolve issues throughout the exam period.
