Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and manage computer systems efficiently for data entry, file management, and documentation.

Prepare and maintain Excel reports and work logs.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and process required data.

Maintain digital and physical records of office documents and drawings.

Handle emails, scanning, printing, and uploading files as needed.

Support the admin and HR team with documentation and scheduling work.

Perform basic troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and software.

Ensure timely backup of important data and files.

Maintain confidentiality of data and sensitive information.

Assist in daily operational and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline with strong computer knowledge.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Typing speed of at least 30–40 wpm.

Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an added advantage.

Good communication and time management skills.

Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
