Job Summary:

We’re hiring a skilled Computer Operator to support daily operations, data entry, and system monitoring. You’ll handle office equipment, manage documents, and work with ERP software to keep records accurate and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operate and monitor computer systems, printers, and scanners.

·        Perform data entry and maintain records in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally).

·        Create and edit documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Print, scan, photocopy, and edit documents as needed.

·        Assist with file conversions, formatting, and basic troubleshooting.

·        Maintain backups, logs, and ensure data accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

·        High school diploma or equivalent (IT graduate preferred).

·        Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and general computer operations.

·        Knowledge of printing, scanning, PDF editing, and file management.

·        Good typing speed, attention to detail, and basic troubleshooting skills.

·        Familiarity with Windows OS and office IT tools.
