Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with at least 1 year of experience in managing computer systems and office software. The ideal candidate must have excellent computer operating skills and strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage daily computer-based tasks efficiently

Maintain data entry records with accuracy and speed

Handle office documentation, file management, and report generation

Support administrative tasks and assist various departments as needed

Troubleshoot minor computer/software issues

Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Computer Operator

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and internet browsing

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team

Time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Applications, IT, or a related field

Typing speed of 35+ WPM is a plus

Basic knowledge of data backup and system maintenance
