Housekeeping Supervisor

• Arrange the Housekeeping Staff for the Site

• Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Conduct regular briefings to assign responsibilities and review performance.

• Ensure proper training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff.

• Oversee cleaning of production areas, offices, restrooms, canteens, and other facility areas.

• Ensure cleaning is done according to industry hygiene standards and company policies.

• Ensure timely and proper disposal of waste materials, including hazardous waste (if applicable).

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms.

• Raise purchase requests and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists and reports.

• Document inspections, staff attendance, and any incidents related to cleanliness or safety.

• Submit reports to facility manager or administrative head as required.
