Job description
1. Supervision and Team Management:
•Directly supervise housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure the team's adherence to established cleaning standards and protocols.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to promote a motivated and efficient team.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Ensure that cleaning procedures are followed, and quality standards are maintained.
3. Inventory and Supplies Management:
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
4. Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety procedures and protocols to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment for staff and residents/guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and other relevant standards.
