Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

Hotel Ramta Continental is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate should be punctual, honest, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.

• Change bed linens and make beds daily.

• Replenish room and bathroom amenities like towels, toiletries, etc.

• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces as per daily checklists.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.

• Handle in-house laundry (washing, ironing, folding, etc.).

• Ensure proper use and upkeep of cleaning equipment.

• Comply with hotel’s hygiene, safety, and privacy protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel or hospital background is a plus).

• Physical ability to perform manual and repetitive tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and tools.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
