• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.

• Assist in setting up the restaurant before service hours and closing duties after operating hours.

• Coordinate with the stewarding and maintenance team for timely reporting of damages or repair needs.

• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely.
