Key Responsibilities:

·         Maintain cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, pantries, restrooms, and common areas.

·         Dust desks, wipe electronics (carefully), and sanitize high-touch areas daily.

·         Manage pantry duties including refilling coffee machines, water dispensers, and snack stations.

·         Coordinate with vendors for waste collection and recycling services.

·         Track and restock cleaning and hygiene supplies.

·         Assist in setting up for meetings or events when required.

·         Report any repair or maintenance needs to the Admin Team.

·         Sweep and mop floors; remove dust and lint from machines (non-operational)

·         Maintain records of cleaning schedules and supply usage.

Requirements:

·         Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in an office or corporate setup.

·         Familiarity with using modern cleaning equipment and eco-friendly cleaning materials.

·         Professional appearance and conduct.

·         Discreet and respectful of confidential office materials.

·         Ability to work early mornings or late evenings based on office needs.
