Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized service to the employer and guests.

Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming, discreet, and secure environment.

Oversee and coordinate daily household or hotel operations.

Supervise and train domestic staff (housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, etc.).

Manage dining experiences, including formal table service and setting.

Maintain inventory of household supplies and fine items (wine, silverware, china, etc.).

Oversee the wardrobe and personal belongings of the principal(s), including packing/unpacking for travel.

Handle reservations, event planning, and coordination of social functions.

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Ensure the property is always impeccably maintained and presented.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a butler or in a similar hospitality role.

Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocol.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in household management and operations.

Familiarity with smart home systems is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required).

Flexible schedule and willingness to travel (as needed).
