Web Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to build and maintain responsive websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end and/or back-end development skills, a good design sense, and an understanding of user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function according to client and business specifications.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.

• Integrate backend services using technologies like Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.

• Work with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom systems.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure website functionality and performance across browsers and devices.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

• Troubleshoot and debug website issues as they arise.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

• Knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Laravel, Express).

• Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of APIs and RESTful services.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).

• UI/UX design skills or tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

• Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud services (AWS, Netlify, Vercel).

• Prior work in an agency or startup environment.
