Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Website Developer with strong experience in creating dynamic, high-converting real estate websites. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in SEO optimization and capable of independently running PPC advertising campaigns. You must be able to work from our office in Melbutown.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain professional real estate websites using WordPress

• Customize themes and plugins as per property business requirements

• Integrate dynamic features such as property listings, enquiry forms, maps, virtual tours, lead capture, etc.

• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and visually appealing

• Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies (keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link building)

• Track site performance and provide regular SEO reports

• Set up, manage, and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate quality leads

• Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust strategies for better ROI

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web, SEO, and real estate marketing trends

Key Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in WordPress website development (portfolio of real estate projects preferred)

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript

• Demonstrated experience in SEO for real estate or similar niches

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing PPC/paid ad campaigns

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Good communication and project management skills
