Position: User Experience Design Specialist
Location: Science City Ahmedabad (On-site)
Budget: Up to ₹5 LPA
Number of Openings: 2
Role Overview:
The User Experience Design Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing modern digital experiences. The role involves conducting user research, usability testing, and applying design thinking principles to create intuitive and effective user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver high-quality user experiences across digital products
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements
Create wireframes, visual mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers
Ensure design consistency using Material Design 3 standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in UX design
Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
Experience designing UX and UI for mobile applications
Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
Familiarity with Material Design 3 guidelines
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
A portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI work is required
Candidate Criteria:
Must have working experience in Figma
Must have experience in both UX and UI for mobile applications
Must have worked on wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and user research
