Meet the Team (Optional):
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphics Designer with a strong focus on
digital advertising to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual content across a variety of digital
platforms, including native advertising, Google Ads, and various social media channels. You will play a
crucial role in enhancing our clients' brand presence, driving engagement, and optimizing conversion
rates through visually striking and effective ad creatives.

Must have Qualification / Skills:
Design and produce a wide range of digital ad creatives, including static images, animated GIFs,
short-form videos, carousals, tailored for diverse digital advertising platforms.
•Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with client brand guidelines,
campaign objectives, and target audience demographics.
•Create visually engaging and high-performing ads for platforms such as:
oNative Advertising: Designing cohesive and contextually relevant ad units that blend
seamlessly with content.
oGoogle Ads (Display Network, YouTube): Crafting effective display banners,
responsive ads, and video ads.
oSocial Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.): Developing
platform-specific images, carousels, stories, reels, and video content that drive
engagement and conversions.
•Ensure all designs are optimized for various specifications, aspect ratios, and file sizes required
by different ad platforms.
•Collaborate closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and media buyers to translate
marketing strategies into impactful visual designs.
•Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, digital advertising best practices, platform
requirements, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven design tools).
•Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
•Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
Nice to have Qualification / Skills (Optional):
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital ad
creatives for various platforms.
•Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including:
oAdobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (for static graphics).
oVideo Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (for video ads and motion
graphics).
•Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, campaign objectives (awareness,
consideration, conversion), and performance metrics.
•Excellent grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and ad formats (e.g., responsive ads, vertical
video for stories, square for feeds).
•Experience with creating compelling storyboards and animatics for video ads.
•Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and accuracy.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
