Job Description: Graphic Designer—Aesthetic Clinic Brand & Social Media

Our Instagram presence is central to our brand story, serving as both a visual portfolio and a space for client engagement. The ideal designer will elevate our feed with clean, consistent, emotionally resonant visuals that reflect sophistication, transformation, and trust.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to lead the visual direction of our Instagram and other digital assets. You’ll collaborate closely with content strategists, photographers, doctors, and the marketing team to deliver a cohesive visual identity across all platforms—especially Instagram.
You must possess a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for luxury branding, and the ability to translate complex treatments into approachable, high-end visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visual Design
• Create on-brand static posts, carousels, and story templates using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Design before-and-after templates that are subtle, elegant, and compliant with ethical guidelines.
• Develop treatment explainer carousels with simple icons, minimal text, and refined layouts.
• Maintain a cohesive feed layout, using grids, color flow, and white space expertly.
• Design Reel thumbnails and minimal animated assets (e.g., text overlays, lower thirds).
• Support the video team with motion templates (for service explainers or testimonials).
• Apply subtle branding elements like logos, font treatments, and consistent intros/outros.
• Content Calendar Design Support
• Work with the strategist to plan and visualize weekly/monthly content batches.
• Help maintain a content bank with reusable, brand-aligned templates.
• Design campaign kits (e.g., Women's Day, Skin Awareness Month, festive offers).
• Shoot Direction (Optional but Preferred)
• Participate in monthly clinic shoots to guide framing, styling, and props.
• Ensure the raw visuals can be easily translated into on-brand digital assets.
• Suggest mood boards and reference pegs before each shoot.
Required Skills & Tools
• Figma (preferred), Canva (Pro level), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• After Effects (basic), Adobe Premiere, or CapCut (optional but a bonus)
• Ability to maintain visual consistency and evolve a design system
• Understanding of Instagram Aesthetics: Feed harmony, reel covers, carousel flows
• Typography & Color Mastery: Design luxury, minimalist, clinical-yet-warm visuals
Preferred Background
● 2–4 years of experience in visual design, preferably in beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
● Previous work with doctors, clinics, medspas, or luxury retail brands is a huge plus.
● Strong portfolio with Instagram carousel and feed designs.
● Understanding of aesthetic client psychology—clean, subtle, and emotive design.

• Responsive to feedback and flexible during campaign rushes.
• Comfortable working with non-designers (doctors, clinic managers).
