Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• The degree must be obtained through a regular on-campus program from a recognized university or institute.

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other relevant graphic software.

• Understanding of garment silhouettes, placement prints, and print sizing.

• Creative flair with strong visual and aesthetic sense.

• Good communication and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Develop original and visually appealing graphic designs for garments including t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel categories.

• Create artwork for screen prints, embroidery, digital prints, and other print techniques as per seasonal collections.

• Collaborate closely with the design, merchandising, and sampling teams to understand requirements and deliver design concepts accordingly.

• Ensure all designs meet brand aesthetics, production feasibility, and buyer specifications.

• Adapt and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.

• Conduct market research and analyze design trends relevant to the garment industry.

• Prepare final design files with proper layers and formats suitable for printing and sampling
