Role Purpose: The Print Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent

customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The role involves maintaining store standards, following company policies, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist the customer with the printing requirement.

● Involves, greeting the customer, understanding the requirement, suggesting the right print quality and communicating the prices and taking the order.

● Drive individual sales target and meet the defined KPI’s

● Interact with internal teams, to ensure that the job is completed and meets the quality guidelines of the company.

● Ensure that all store processes are followed as per the instructions from the store manager or shift manager People/ Learning & Growth

● A team player, self-motivated, adaptable to work in a team and keep oneself updated on changes on product and process Competencies

Qualification

● High school diploma or equivalent additional education or training in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
