Educational Qualification:
● Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
● Graduation in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
● Designing engaging and brand-consistent graphics for various platforms
● Story making and post creation
● Developing monthly content calendars and ensuring timely execution as per calendar
schedules
● Applying creative thinking for the development of fresh design concepts
● Creating marketing materials including posters, banners, social media posts, and
other collateral
● Maintaining and updating design archives and liaising with internal teams for design
requirements
Requirements (Skills & Personal Attributes):
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
● Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva
● Understanding of UI & UX principles for better visual storytelling
● Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
● Knowledge of Colour Theory, Typography, and Image Manipulation techniques
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
