Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6–12 months of hands-on experience to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of digital platforms including websites, apps, social media, and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital assets including web banners, UI/UX mockups, icons, illustrations, and social media creatives.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Create visual content for websites, mobile apps, presentations, and email campaigns.

• Ensure consistent brand identity across all design outputs.

• Modify and revise existing designs based on feedback and functional requirements.

• Assist in developing wireframes and user interface elements for websites or software applications.

• Work on multimedia designs including GIFs, short videos, and motion graphics (optional, if skilled).

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design concepts and tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

• Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.

• Attention to detail with strong creative and visualization skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Portfolio of previous work (must be submitted with application).

• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
