Create compelling visual designs for digital and print media (social media posts, flyers, brochures, ads, banners, etc.)
Design logos, brand elements, and marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative assets
Edit and retouch images as needed
Stay updated with current design trends and tools
Work on UI/UX wireframes and mockups (if required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW (as per role)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and design principles
Ability to take creative direction and deliver within deadlines
A strong portfolio showcasing design work
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Experience with video editing tools (like Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
Knowledge of social media platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
